Green13 Sales Reports — a Shopify app by Green13 srl. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
Green13 Sales Reports sends the store's daily, weekly or monthly reports by email: figures such as orders, sales, discounts, shipping, taxes, refunds, items sold, best sellers and product variants running low, optionally compared with the previous period. The email is built from a fixed template; no artificial intelligence is involved. Emails are sent through the store's own email server (SMTP), which the merchant sets up in the app: they never go through an email account or sending service of ours.
The merchant who installs the app is the data controller for the store data described below. Green13 srl processes that data on the merchant's behalf, only to provide the app, as a data processor, under our Data Processing Addendum (Article 28 GDPR), which applies to every merchant who installs the app. Contact: Green13 srl, Italy — info@green13.agency.

Customer fields (name, email, phone, addresses) are not requested. |

Orders and products are read when a report is prepared and are not copied into our database; only the figures listed below are kept.
| Email server settings | The SMTP server name, port, security mode, username, sender address and sender name the merchant enters. The password is stored encrypted (AES-256) and is never shown again in the app. |

Green13 uses no other provider, and the data is not transferred outside the European Union. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind, and data is not sold or shared with anyone else.
Report and invitation emails are handed to the store's own email server, chosen by the merchant, which delivers them to the recipients. That provider works for the merchant, under the merchant's own agreement with it.
Every report email has an unsubscribe link, and supports one-click unsubscribe in mail apps that offer it. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Recipients can also write to info@green13.agency to have their address removed.
When the app is uninstalled, the authentication session is deleted immediately and the reports stop. Shopify then sends a deletion request 48 hours later, and all remaining data for the store (email server settings and password, reports, recipients, block list, deliveries, totals and history) is erased.
Merchants and recipients can ask to access, correct or delete their data by writing to info@green13.agency. Because the app keeps no personal data about customers, requests received through Shopify's customer privacy webhooks have nothing to return or erase.
If the data the app reads or stores changes, this page will be updated before that change is released, and the date above will change.
